I will be using different methods as I said. Blogs are not must in every case and none of the links are because of blog commenting. You can provide 2 links in an article. The links will be on 100 different sites with different IPs. One main keyword and one secondary one. Most of the sites will allow you to use upto two. So, where two are allowed I will use both but where just one is allowed I will use your main keyword.

What is the PR of inner pages you are referring to? I wist to get atleast PR3 for my domain. Will these 100 backlinks be able to get a PR 3 for my site?
Getting a PR3 depends upon many other factors including the availability of content as well. However, spending $30 to expect PR3 is not a good thing in my opinion.
sounds nice. how many words will the article have? will you write it from scratch? are the spun versions human readable and how high is the uniqueness rate? is your price $30 or $35?
