    Want to sell one of my blogs due to lack of time.
    The site is ranked 1st page on the keyword "Guest Blogging".
    Has about 300 backlinks indexed by Yahoo site explorer.

    It needs more attention, since i am giving it none!
    There is a system that publishes automatically spinned, but readable articles on the site automatically.
    It was meant to be a guest blogging site but due to some real life issues i was unable to finish the project.

    With some quality articles and backlinks this can bring in good traffic and revenue from ads.
    Current adsense revenue about $1 a month
