Can we get money back from this guy? Is there anyone who have done this?

 

No response from him at all, have contacted paypal. Noticed that this guy lives pretty close to me, was the only reason I overlooked the low iTrader. Live and learn...

 

I did ask for a refund but gamer316 claimed that he did deliver the articles and it has been escalated to a Paypal dispute! If you paid via Paypal please submit a refund request/dispute so that Paypal see that many people have been effected and we all help each other to get our money back. If someone scammed $20 out of me on the street that could be facing criminal charges and jail (if many people were effected). Online, seems people get away with it?

 

Same here. I also tried paypal and it is escalated to paypal dispute. hope we get our money back!

 

Guys this guy was a scammer, all along, you should have seen his itrader and his previous posts. He's been scamming people for a long time on DP I'm one of them, finally he's been banned, hope you get your money back, I never did.

 

I quess I was lucky, I got my money back via paypal.

But, I will NOT do this again!!!
