    I've built this site from the ground up. I've been writing on this blog for over 4 years now.

    over 1500 unique articles that I've written myself, it has never "auto-blogged"

    Revenue is through AdSense, usually around $50-$100/mo

    reason for selling: I want to be able to focus on other projects that I'm working on

    High asking price because of 1500+ posts (unique content), custom theme, good backlinks, it's listed on seo.alltop.com, custom logo designed specifically for this site

    Nice website. I'm surprised it doesn't make more money though with adsense? I would only be willing to offer based on its earnings though sorry.

    It wouldn't be very difficult to bring that up to $1000/mo, it just needs some love and time invested into it

    I've just been really busy, so I'm looking to sell it so I can focus on my other projects

    I only post on it once or twice a week, not too much, so it's pretty easy to maintain

    correct, I am looking for much higher than that. I've invested a lot of time into writing the 1500+ posts, so $1000 wouldn't nearly be worth it to sell it for.

    Hey its a great website you have. I see the potential in the site. Usually websites sell for 10%-20% of the current income. I would be willing to offer $2000 for the site, but it doesn't sound like you would be interested due to all the work you have put into it.

    It's an old domain, 2006, and it has lots of content that I've been building for the past 4 years, so it's a really solid site.

    I'm not looking for a quick sale at all, I'll hold out until the right buyer comes along.

    I've been building this site for a long time and it's not something I'll let go for a quick buck.
