This web script store is targeted to sell clone scripts with features based on famous websites.
Currently there are 3 scripts where
a) FormSpring clone (exclusive rights + demo site included)
b) Tinyurl and Tinypic (Resell rights)

The site is build based on an advance SEO setting for WP and ranks high for related keywords.
Although I am yet to open the store, I already received inquiries for the scripts as its already ranked for the targeted keywords on Google.

Accepting offers from $1 and BIN of only $670.

As mentioned before I have yet to implement the payment gateway as the store is not to be opened yet. I have received 2 inquiries via the contact form which indicates that this site is receiving natural traffic for prospect buyer.
You are practically buying as established startup with ready to sell products.

Just a note:
The exclusive script rights + demo cost easily around $350+ and the 2 reseller scripts cost around $100+ plus the 3d cover design and the store (around $200) itself and all actually the BIN is very reasonable.
If I don't get the BIN or something reasonable I'll opt to keep this or maybe sell at Flippa.

What was the purpose of stating in your post that you were accepting offers from "$1 and BIN of only $670" when you should have started it at $670?

 

$670 is my BIN, lower than that till $1 can be stated but it should at least be reasonable.

Yes, its a custom made unique script. Before this it was only sold 3 times for around $700 or so.
This store comes with exclusive rights for a superb looking script (has a complete admin panel + demo site) + the 2 reseller script rights.
As mentioned previously the store is built to generate traffic from search engines.
