Keyword prices are always changing, so I doubt they're all accurate. I had a friend who received a click worth $0.50, and he ran a mesothelioma site.
I will search more valuable keywords for you guys , I will consider to have a medical site as well. at least the keywords from medical area wont have something lower than 50 cents. Comparing to other site, I think the medicine websites are much harder to update the content or material than other sites, so it gets pay much higher than other websites. maybe

thanks for list and I know lawyers keywords are most paying keywords and I have insurace site which canbe useful in earning more but need to work more to get more traffic.
I am a doctor and I have five blogs on different topics of medicine. But, none of the clocks making such money. What may be the reason?
what disgusts me is, the highest paying keywords are related to medicine and things like cancer, so some people end up making pages about it just to earn money. it's so low to milk ur revenue from other's despair! i am not talking about doctors or those who would have made a site about it anyway, or those who make sites that have some articles and provide real help. i just saw some websites with a title "CURE CANCER NOW" and a shower of adsense below. such ppl make me sick, sorry to say it.

But i have to ask, am i misunderstanding something are does the above keyword list mean that each click on those keyword related sites can fetch around $50 / click. Those posted prices are absurd and completely inaccurate. What many people fail to understand is that google has two different types of pricing "search" & "content". Google search pricing is for ads that run when you go to google.com - "content" pricing is what runs on adsense sites and it almost always considerably lower - and subject to smart pricing. A lot of those "$20 keywords" pay 20 cents - and many advertisers don't even participate in "google content" so those ads will never even run on an adsense site. Example: $82.95 austin dwi - Overture has five advertisers bidding on the keyword. The first two don't participate in content search - so the top bids are 26 cents, 11 cents, and 10 cents as far as a publisher is concerned - then yahoo takes their cut. Google doesn't show pricing between content and search (they put them together), but overture tends to have higher pricing.
thank you for the explanation. Makes things a bit clearer now, I didn't think anyone would pay that much for a single click, that would leave it too open to fraud. Surely it woudlnt be profitable either...they would need a ridiculously high % conversion rate i would imagine!
