Yahoo going to close Delicious

Hi All,
Do you have any suggestion on Yahoo's decision about closing Delicious, Buzz, AltaVista...

 

Suggestion? What will suggestions do? Get them to change their minds? Riiight.

 

I'm using delicious for bookmarking for the past three years... I'm searching for alternative resource to import the current bookmark list...

 

He most likely means their motive and their reasoning... probably because these services are now dead and not used by anyone? the expenses to run these may out weigh their value or profit margin?

 

Its not official yet, so lets not presume too much.

 

i haven't heard of this til now. . i hope they won't close delicious..

 

is this true? why are they going to shutdown delicious? Well, lets just hope for the best. Hope yahoo will replace it with something new.

 

I read about this the other day. I use Delicious and Yahoo Buzz quite a bit. If anyone finds any similar alternatives let me know.

Delicious is one of my favorite place for online bookmark. It will be sad to have it closed.

 

They'll definitely close it down. Yahoo is in terrible disarray... I know many contacts there who are all looking to get out fast.

 

Why would it be closed? Really I don't understand the reason at all. Its not like its losing money etc

they are NOT shutting it down. more likely Selling it

 

I wonder why they are shutting it but its a good site probably its not making much money so they have decided to close it down....But if they are selling it well yahoo is just doing business as it is

I don't think they will close delicious that easily..
