Selling ESTABLISHED First page rankings in google , 1000/ unique visits

The time has come to sell this website . As you can see , it has around 1000 unique visits daily . The website has only adsense for revenue . For the last few months , it used to get only 30 clicks / daily , but lately , made some changes on the homepage , and the page CTR increased , the traffic also increased . The website gets 130 clicks /daily . There are also some other methods to promote this website . You can start selling virtual stripper , that pays great for each lead . I didn't tried this methods , but seen some other websites doing it .

As you can see , it has increased the traffic lately . It currently ranks great for the keyword : HOT WALLPAPERS , 3rd place , and 2nd page now for SEXY WALLPAPERS .

With a little work , you can get first page for SEXY WALLPAPERS .

The question that must be on your mind : WHY ARE YOU SELLING ?

Well , i think you've heard the reason " i need money " lots of time , this is why i am not going to tell you the same reason .

I am selling the website , because i have some other websites that earns much more than this one , and i really don't have time to promote this one any more . I would rather get the 1 year profit from this website , and buy a nice script for my other website .

Price asking ?

So , the revenue for November : 25 euro = 35$

The revenue for December ( in progress ) = 25 Euro = 35$ ( half of the month ) = 70$ at the end at the month at least .

So , how much i want for the website ?! As you all know , a website value it's 1 year profit . So 70$ x 12 months = 840$ . Keep in mind that i only use adsense , you can use some other methods that can increase the earnings . With some work from your end , you can reach first page for sexy wallpapers , and increase the earnings dramatically .

I think this is a fair price , for a website with a big potential , and considering the hard work done for it .

The website runs on a wallpapers script , with a great admin panel . You can easily add more wallpapers , bulk upload , and control anything.

I won the auction for $300 fair and square and the guy is reneging on the deal

 

you did not won the auction , you just had the highest bid . The seller always decide if will sell it or not . As i said : "Price asking ? So 70$ x 12 months = 840$ "

So , your 300$ bid it's not even close to the price asking.

 

According to Digitalpoint I won the auction, the auction had no reserve my bid supposedly is legally binding.
Appreciate a Moderators view on this please.

 

you can even start crying , nobody cares about begging . I said it loud and clear on the thread , i want at least 840$ for the website . This was the last thing left to say about this auction .
