I will transfer the domain to your namecheap account and you can transfer it to another registrar from there if you choose. If you don't have a namecheap account, you can create one for free. Note I only transfer to namecheap because it is free and fast.

I will give you login details to the 1 year all expense paid hosting account which you can change later or I'll give you all the files and database for setting it up on your own hosting account yourself.

I will give you the plugins and theme for the article directry, you just install wordpress, activate plugins, and then import articles. Wordpress has an import/export feature. I will send you the files so that you simply have to import them.
