I had Adsense on the forum for a few weeks and made $5-$6. I then replaced the adsense area with my own banners.

 

182 registered members in the past 24 hours? Are these fake users? How come only 9k posts?

 

No there are no fake users or bots or anything like that.

Not sure what you mean by only 9,000 posts. That is quite a lot, plus some members come to the site for information. There are over 1,500 users in the forum.

There is no modified plugin/script that I'm aware of.

I have uninstalled the online today plugin and deleted it via FTP. I then re-uploaded the original plugin from MYBB and activated the plugin. What you see on the site is what is there.

Plus I already posted Google Analytics which should be enough to show the traffic.

I only had Adsense up for a 2-4 weeks and it earned $3-$4 in the forum alone.

If you want to see my eBay money from the banners I will post the screen shot. I have earned $5.81 so far this month.

Can you make tons of money from this site? I'm not sure I guess it depends on if you can convert the guests (715 so far today) that visit the site. I guess you also have to take into consideration what you get.

1. Website that looks cool.
2. Forum with custom theme.
3. Blog
4. Facebook, Twitter and Youtube account.
5. Custom banners.
6. PR3
7. 59,000 + indexed pages in Google.
8. 4,000 + unique visitors per month.

I'm not going to sell the site for a few hundred bucks. If anyone has a tech/game site with the above items, please PM because I'm interested in purchasing it for $200. When you break down everything, I think that it's worth $350. It might not be worth that much to some people, but those that see the work that has been put into the site, the traffic, PR3, 59,000 indexed pages, and the custom forum theme will see the value. If not, I will just keep the site and move on with it.

I am going to give you a small tip. Your site is nice, but it isn't worth $300 based on the amount of posts, threads, and members.

 

Thanks for your expert advice. Based on the traffic alone, I have had it appraised at $750 by members at another forum. So in their opinion you are incorrect.
