FOR SALE: 12 month old PR 4 Host, SEO, and DN Affiliate Site

Hi all.. I am looking to sell the first site that I started a little more than 12 months ago as a hobby that turned out to bring in some cash. First line of Signature.

All of the content, including the reviews and articles were written by me and took some time and research on my part. I would work on the site for a month or two then get busy with other things such as school and work, so looking at traffic, the traffic comes in bursts.

I am selling because I recently got my hands on another site that I want to devote my time to.

Since it was my first site and just a hobby, I spent most of my time buying links in directories trying to build up its PageRank. I never really spent money on advertising except for a some adsense campaigns, but never really got very serious with it because it was just a hobby and some extra cash here and there.

I am at the point now that I just update a couple things on the site such as Dates and plans (specs) for some of the hosts.

The site has earned the following money through their respective affliate programs:

CJ.com (Bluehost, Yahoo, Godaddy) = $441.57
YPN = $292.05
StartLogic = $200
RegisterEveryWhere = $171.50
Bluehost.com Affliate (Before joining CJ.com) = $130
Google Adsense = $84.22
IneedHits = $49.34
VistaPages = $45

&

Paid link on Homepage for 1 year = $100

I have earned that much money by minimal advertising and honestly not really knowing what I was doing...so I am sure someone could do the same or better who knew what they were doing.

The site has First page rankings in google and other search engines for some pretty good keywords.

Site is done in CSS and could be transfered over very easily.

I need to ask my host where the domain is being hosted, but I am sure it won't be a problem to transfer over to you.

Payment will be through paypal unless buyer has another idea.

I am in no rush to sell and am looking for a offer I can't refuse... If no one is interested I will just have to find time for it, but I would like to sell and am willing to work with anyone who is serious.

I reserve the right not to sell for any reason.

I have taken screenshots of revenue mentioned above along with Stats.
