    I have been reading threads and blog posts that claim affiliate links can hurt [seo] page rank.

    My question-- I use custom interfaces that are called within an iframe that accesses a Java Servlet. Some writes are done with JavaScript and others directly using out.print.. within Java. When you review source of the iframe the out.print Java functions make it appear as if the line were pure html- put in with a text editor.

    Can search engines see the affiliate links produced by the servlet being accessed from an iframe?
