When I click the compliance Manager button, it doesn't show what the problem is, or what the URL of the site is. Nothing. Looks like a bug on their side. Not sure if anyone else is getting this problem?
I had the same issue. I called ypn and they said it was a small glitch. For your own protection i reccomend you call YPN and notify them and get a TICKET NUMBER just in case something really is wrong and you can't see it
i also have the compliance message with no details within. pretty cool little interface. i hope i dont have to use it for real. some of those drop down options make me believe they might actually block a page or site from ypn instead of terminating an entire account. that would be nice. after looking around in the compliance section - the message no longer shows on the Home section of the portal.
Right, it looks like this fellas. I've spoke to YPN rep, and he informed me that all my sites are within compliance, and that I shouldn't worry about it, because it is probably a glitch.
You should call them and get the Case Number. If anything DOES happen, at least you have something to back you up.
I got one of these. Sent in an email just to be safe and received an email the next day with the great news that my account had been terminated. I never actually got an actual warning or chance to remedy. I don't want to freak anyone out but you may want to think twice before contacting them with questions about it. I do wonder if I would have gone unnoticed had I not inquired like the good boy I am. There was no clearly defined TOS violition except for the fact that the compliance manager said my site may look like a clone site. (I am using a standard admin script to manage a site and hadn't rolled out the new look and feel that we've been working on yet.) They didn't even give me a chance to correct it.
thnx red thunder - i hope i never see it on my end of the YPN portal mgustav - i heard many guys got the boot after they initiated the 1st call/email. But on my side I talked to them every once in a while and never got into trouble. I once challenged them about some images i placed near the ads. That nite when I went to bed, i started i decided never to challenge them again coz I knew they could just kick me out.
i call them few times too, they are really good with customer service and they always have answer for my Question
me? no. i was commenting on mgustav's boot. hope i dont get that email and i'll avoid calling or contacting ypn at all costs. might be coincidence but i've counted 23 publishers that have been booted within a week of contacting them for something. phrase of the day - "fly under the radar"
