Listing of Good Articles Directories

I did a search on DP for articles directory but I haven't found what I needed (I may have looked carefully enough though)

Would you list here the best articles directories we can submit articles to such as:

The requirement is: at least PR5 & Seo friendly, the possibility to choose anchor links.

Just do a google search. All of the ones with a good PR will be in the first few pages.

Also you can go on the directory sbmission section. They have a list of good article directories there.

how do I get my site off these lists... Article submission is a waste, keep your article for yourself. Also don't submit to Constant-Content it will just get rejected. We are not a free article directory.

ConstantContent, why ? Just reject submissions, there is no need to be off this lists, cause you get one-way links via that pretty relevant by the way, at least in terms of content.

Just like article submission is a waste... anyone submitting articles for backlinks to these large articles directories are wasting time. Three years ago they were not, but today its a waste. Just like at one point people thought keyword meta tags were important....

I see your point about article dirs. But about that lists where you are, each links helps, at least it don't hurt you, so no need to question my experience here

I have to agree with ConstantContent that article submission is no longer all that great for generating backlinks. The duplicate filters search engines use don't take long to detect such content. Writing content for your own sites and doing some SEO to improve your organic search traffic is the best way to get traffic online.

Totally agree. If you have good content, backlinks will come to you.
