Selling ZeluneTemplates.com - PR3 - 10 unique templates, #1 in Google...

Continuing my site clearout, next on the list:

ZeluneTemplates.com

This site provides templates and themes for proxy sites using the Zelune script. The site is PR3, and ranks first in Google for 'Zelune Templates' and is on the first page for 'Zelune'. I have never done anything with this site since purchasing it a few years back (no link building, no promotion, no new templates etc).

There are 10 unique templates on the site, with some of these available in different colours (17 ready to download zelune proxy templates). The rights to these templates are fully included in the site sale.

The preview versions of the proxies are not working versions, so no specialist hosting is required (this is currently on shared hosting at hostgator). Users are required to leave the links intact to use these templates. The new owner may wish to sell 'sponsor links' on these themes, or to allow users to pay a fee to remove the links. The only monetization of the site has previously been through adsense - but I stupidly didn't set up a URL channel. This is a chance for a new owner to grab a bargain and get the site running as it should be, and maximise the revenue streams.

Thanks to all the bidders so far - the reserve has now been met, but this is still a great buy.

blackangel - the traffic stats are in the 'sale data' above (about 250 uniques a month, 1100 page views). If you'd like proof please send me a PM. I can't verify any revenue (and hence haven't declared any) as I didn't set up an adsense URL channel when I bought the site a few years back.

I have already had a few PMs/emails regarding freeproxytemplates.com, and have had some serious offers already which I am considering and discussing. I will contact you if it goes to auction.
