There are people on this board who ask for the directories list saying that they will use my service and then nothing. That's why I will offer the entire list only when the submission is complete or the payment is received.
So how do we know then you're not submitting it to mickeymousesite.com/a, mickeymousesite.com/b, obscuresite-x.hn, porn-site-y.co.au.sa and what not? Seems like a flawed approach to me.
Plus I would argue that they don't like the list when they see it and thats why they don't follow through. Lists are available everywhere so I hardly think its a plot to get yours. I seem to remember an issue where someone said most of the directories were ones you created just for this service. Maybe that is why they are asking (Just saying that becuase you brought it up)
Yes if people are looking for quality lists for free directories there is Dan's and mine that are pretty well the cream of the crop I have seen. www.seocompany.ca/directory/free-web-directories.html info.vilesilencer.com/main.php?rock=seo-friendly.php If that is not enough there is a good list of directory lists. www.seocompany.ca/directory/top-web-directories.html
First of all, I own only 3 of the directories below. Second, I don't hide anything. I've had lots of DP clients which were fully satisfied with my service. Third, here is the list. Good list. Now we know. I think I've seen you mention it before but what's the deal on if you happen to be already in there? I'm thinking of using your services hence me asking.
Kudos for Tops for his post and Kudos to blue mouse for posting the list. The charges are pretty low, but quality is always a concern. I think this thread will probably generate more business than any previous ones.
Kudos Bluemouse for postng that. Now the speculation can be shown for what it is. I imagine it was a competetor that brought up that theory and you refusing to provide a list only fueled it. Now there is no question. PS. I am wondering about the same thing as T0PS as I am considering using you now too. Cheers
Now as the complete list is available no need to ask for his services. Everyone can serve themselves and what is the guarantee that by submitting in these 100 directories all will get accepted. Only around 30 will be sucessful so he is charging for 30 links....
What is the deal here? Anyone wishing to submit on his/her own and smart enough to use the search function on this forum can easily bring up like five or more similar lists (of variable quality). I don't even see why he was so hesitant to give that list to customers who asked. I do directory submissions myself and all my clients know my list beforehand. On a quick scan through his list, I can tell you that for sure that more than 30 will be successfull. Not in a week, though. And he is not charging for 30 links. He is charging for directory submissions. It is almost the same, but it is not the same.
You mean, there is no use of the info.vilesilencer.com list, but it still is fine enough to draw from it as a source for the list of directories on your website? And I know that you use it, because you list directories that were exclusively published on Vilesilencer's list ONLY.
Remember, getting approved in a directory also depends on following the submission guidelines of a particular directory. If you submit a casino or gambling in a directory that doesn't allow the same, for sure those submissions would be rejected. Whether bluemouse2 submit or you submit, probability of getting accepted or rejected would be same. bluemouse2 is providing a service that would save your time to submit yourself, it does takes a good amount of time to submit on your own. As far as directory list goes, I think bobmutch has done an excellent job by having them here: www.seocompany.ca/directory/free-web-directories.html
errrr show me the outdated links on the current list. Is it idiot o'clock on this forum? <edit>let's take it a step further. you link to my outdated list, Also you have over 30 outdated and links on your directory list page. Many are not free, many are also not SEO friendly. Buzzle, Qango and Josh.nu amongst them. Please don't preach about out of date lists when yours is about as out of date as it gets.</edit>
It's funny that isn't it ArticleFactory. They steal from me then try and discredit me. That cracks me up.
What's your track record of acceptance by the 100 directories (for a 'common' site with reasonable family/business oriented content) ? And when ? Free directories often require several weeks if not months to evaluate a new request.
