as far as i know it depends on the popularity of your inner pages.. try build more links on your inner pages, it helps..

 

In other words, build reputation for your site. Get much strong and reliable backlinks from well-established sites... Sites get sitelinks once they are reputable enough..

 

Generate a lot of organic traffic, have quality links, and don't try to game the system too far.

I have several sites with sitelinks. You must wait for sitelinks, there is no shortcut. If your site is performing highly and respectably, than they will come soon. I think people not bouncing quickly and hitting the back button to Google is beneficial for sitelinks, so make sure your users are landing on the pages with content they are looking for.

Sitelinks are links or category - which is very popular in your site and getting most organic traffic for your blog according to google . No need to work too much content or other stupid things . Just get quality content and get high quality links asap and you will get them soon .
