Is this a kind of waydoor?

Hi everybody,
My http://www.forum.thevietnamguide.com/ is a forum to discuss about things related to Vietnam. Foreigners come here and ask questions, we have Vietnamese people working as Support team to help foreigners. Most of our Support team members are students learning English. Our goal it to atract as many as possible foreigners, at the same time, we need more and more Support team members. My problem is that I can't optimize the forum to attract both foreigners and Vietnamese students.

So I decide to have http://www.thevietnamguide.org/ online as a website providing information about our project (http://www.thevietnamguide.com/) and English learing documents.

Now, http://www.thevietnamguide.org/ will attract Vietnamese students and lead them to http://www.forum.thevietnamguide.com/

The 2 domains are registered at the same time and point to same sever IP. I wonder if this is a kind of waydoor, anyone please give me some comments. Will Google ban me?

I don't think that there will be any type of bann on you, as you are not doing something wrong. Its just business and google will certainly love it. However, you will have to be very careful about the content of the forum and about the questions being asked there.
