    I am relisting my site http://www.hotelsdir.info a hotel directory/review site with more than 21,000 hotels included in the database. The list of hotels are from diffirent countries around the world. The site is new so expect no traffic and no income .

    There is an admin where you can add, modify the site content, also manage advertiser and comments.

    Is this a turnkey site? How many of these hotel db are there? Can I login and try the admin panel. Is it easy to modify design?

    Yes it is considered as turnkey site, because the content is not unique but the script is created by me. You can use also the script to create country base only hotel site directory.

    i think you can make another install ina subdomain with limited database (maybe a country or 2 ) and give access for it's admin cp by PM to make easy sell ;)
