Selling Profitable Niche Site on Google First Page for its keywords

Hi

Im selling a niche site which i had made and is now ranked #3 on Google.com for its keywords.

Site URL is www.chromediningchairs.net , ranks for "chrome dining chairs" a keyword searched 2900 times on broad and 1000 on exact terms per month. Site is fairly new, assume no income.Articles on the site are uniquely written. A good way to monetize is by using adsense and Amazon for affiliate selling.

Why am I selling?
Im a site flipper and i love to create websites with profitable niches and sell it after it has got some rankings on google to help others find a source of income.

Here's the traffic stats for this month still 13th Sep.

Most of them will, as i did alot of article submission. Check it on copyscape to see it. They are authority and high PR article directories. Other than that i did blog commenting and those are to stay as well, no paid links or backlinks has been done to this site that i can guarantee you.
