Selling Technology blog with adsense earnings

I'm selling my technology blog www.technoni.com with 150-250 uniques per day(organic traffic from google), earns about $10 per month from adsense, earning is poor becouse I don't have time to write new posts. In its best times the page had arround 800 uniques per day and earnings was cca. $10/day from adsense. I'm selling becouse I need money to buy new site. It is PR3.
