You are using adsense and gets up to $10 a day on 400 uniques on a myspace site ? Thats not very likely. Post screenshots of adsense here.

 

Ok, as you can see from that thread, there is some controversy.

The thing is, jjmusicpro has since reclaimed his admin passwords and changed the adsense ID on the page. He took the site back!

Strangely enough, I am being requested to refund $3000 to jjmusicpro, even though he took the site back from me. I don't get this at all...

 

So who own the site now? You cannot sell if you don't own it.

DO not buy from this guy, or sell anything to him.

He purchased the site from us 3 weeks ago, for 3k.
He ran the site, made changes, then then out of nowhere recall the money back in paypal, saying it was an "unauthorized charge", thus his money was returned to him.

Our company has since reclaimed the site through our server provider after we advised them of the details and fraud actions, they were more then understanding.

However, if you are interested in the site, you can contact me jjmusicpro not knine143, he is a theif and a liar.

We hope these posts will get people like knine143 out of DP, we dont need people like you around here.

$3000 was very expencive for a site like this....

 

3k is a good price, it averages $8.00-$10.00ish a day
So $9.00x30 $270.00 x 10 months rev = $2700.00 we would take $2700 to a legit buyer.

 

It's not worth 10 months rev without proof of income and proof of traffic.
