its the fact, the website has valid PR1 and is 4 years old.

If you don't believe my words, so use your mind and start checking it by using a tool.

 

please using comman sense, when the site got traffic, it surely have an alexa ranking.

Yes, when the site gets traffic, it will have an alexarank but this isn't a direct relation.
Alexarank can be less than 900k while the site has only 30 uniques per day.
on the other hand, some sites getting 100 uniques per day and have an alexarank of 6 million!

it recieves about 30-60 uniques per day

revenue isn't much more than $1-$2 per month.

All the content is unique.
