Fiverr.com Slow support response

I was making good amount of money with Fiverr.com

Suddenly I got a email stating I got blocked.

I dont know the reason and I raised around 5 tickets daily one , waiting for them to respond to one atleast.

But still now I didnt get any response from them.

I was having around 200$ in my account.

Hoping they will respond soon and if they increase the support response time it would be great.

Did this happen to any one here

 

Did you do any fraud leads? If not, you should call them. And you can choose some other networks with good support in future.

 

I must say Fiverr is very arrogant even more than the well known search engine G

I hope you are not out of your money. I placed an seo order for a fiverr competitor and when I inputed the url, I was automatically booted.

They even kept the 5$ I paid through paypal. (2 counts) to $10.

I will wait 2 days and take it up with paypal.

Fiverr is so arrogant, they dont even give a care to Google.

Fiverr loads in 1.875 seconds, according to Alexa. Google says milliseconds count when it comes to load time.

Due to their poor loading time, they crap with Google,
I will never buy anything at Fiverr again.

You get paid twice that of Fiverr and the workers are mostly from the U.S.

$7 vs $3.77 (they really nickle and dime you to death) Thats like geting paid "twice the amount for the same work" slogan for 7 freelance

 

I love fiverr because i make easy 40$ per day with minimal work from them.

I Didnt do any fraud leads. Dont know what happened.

The support team takes too much of tiime to respond to small queries.


Do you have any contact number of them. Because I dont know the number to contact them and I was not able to see them in the site too

 

I have raised 3 tickets due to the slow response time.

But today they closed 2 tickets saying duplicate ticket but not responding to the other one.

Really very irritating one

 

Sorry I don't. Fiverr support guys are pretty dumb too.
after 3 days of my support ticket, they ask me what is your id?

They are unable to tell my id from my email address or ip? why dont they ask for it or better yet, why isnt my id same on support? why changed to email?

Meanwhile while you are waiting, I strongly suggest you list your services at 7Freelance.com Support is just amazing.

How many gigs do you have listed on Fiverr? that you are pulling in $40 a day?

I will be surprised if you didn't make that much a day.

Another website is http://www.outsource.fm mostly for university students in USA also its nothing like Fiverr

 

Good to hear. It happens to be also. They asked the fiverr id after 3 days. Their support system is poor. Need to train to the current world.

But they have huge buyers base. I have many customers from fiverr.comwho are willing to spend even 10000$ . I'm happy making business with them.

I was having 15 gigs. Thanks or 7freelance. Planning to extend my services to all the sites

 

Good luck I hope that they dont rip you off on the $200 they owe you by saying that "You did not follow TOS. So we are keeping the money."

A little bit of success and people become arrogant. Fiverr is definitely arrogant. I seriously doubt they will re-instate your id.

 

Will update When Fiverr get backs to me.

They will make money by allowing me.

I have asked them why I was blocked. Waiting calmly to see what happens.... Hoping they will do it because I made huge number of sales in 2 months with them...

Initially I thought what to do with 4$ per sale. But this was mind blowing. I was making good amount of money, which makes me to keep month target for fiverr alone. I always achieve more than 100% of what i set...

this is first time i hear fiverr block accounts with money

i know them legit network but they late to response just wait little bit to get response from them

As I said Fiverr.com is a good site and I always love them and I make good amount of money with them.

Support team even they are slow, they reactivated my account with full balance I was having... One thing was I was having around 20 orders at the time of cancellation . Which made me a loss of 80$.

What the hell is submitting to 800,000 search engines?

He really chewed out a guy advertising on the internet that he will submit to 10,000 search engines.

He simply asked him, "which 10,000 search engines? Give me their names. there are no 10,000 search engines." In a few words that he was running a scam.

Fiverr needs to police their offers. Submitting to 800k search engines? Try scamming on http://www.7Freelance.com and they will boot you in a second.

Fiverr is a much better place to scam and I strongly suggest you stay there if you want to continue scamming people.
