change layout of website template

    i was wondering is it possible to change layout of website template to my liking

    any help much appreciated

    upload the php file to a server with php, go to the url, then save the page. it'll be in plain html.

    i was wondering can i makes changes to the one i have on my website which is in php. i would like to transfer the information to the new template. is this possible
