HitchLogos - A new business idea with website for sale

I have developed a new marketing idea for cars and trucks.

Hitchlogos.com is a business which fabricates custom hitchlogos or hitch advertising, where companies and individuals place orders, with their custom "lettering", style, and colors (usually they choose a color to match their car or truck).

The hitchlogos are made of a solid 3/8" aluminum, which is processed with a clearcoat and resists all weathers for years.

We charge 119-139$ for basic designs, and we quote higher rates for custom designs, colors, and sizes.

It is a great new idea which turn eyes when seen on the road, which is the point.

Based on questions I have received. I would like to clarify, that you will not need to fabricate the products yourself. A machine shop will provide these services.

Are there any legal issues with displaying one of those Hitch Logos on a vehicle?

Can the machine shop, ship to the EU? Do they ship directly to customers?

The logos appear to hang quite low from the vehicles, any issues with hitting speed bumps etc?
