    Selling Mercedes-Cars.org, a small blog started 18 months ago, in February 2009.

    It only has a couple of posts on it, but it has age behind it and 4-500 page views per month, a good starting point for a new blog. Selling it for around 10x income

    The keywords of the domain, "mercedes cars", have over 800,000 searches worldwide, each month, according to the Google Adwords Keyword Tool, exact match.

    Income:
    August: 3.80 euros (~$4.50) from 505 page views
    July: 4.37 euros (~$5.50) from 452 page views
    June: 1.35 euros (~$1.60) from 250 page views

    Selling it for $40, 10x income based on the last 3 months. I think the offer is more than fair, so it's not negotiable.

    The domain is with Namecheap.com and it will be pushed to the account of the buyer. The domain expires in February 2011.
