Safari radio button problem

I have a problem with a script on http://www.noblemarine.co.uk/dinghyinsurance.php3

When somebody clicks on the tpo field (the one asking if you want fully comprehensive or third party only insurance) with a normal browser the value of tpo is passed to the next page as either yes or no.

With a safari browser this does not work, I don't have access to Safari and have no idea what the problem is.

Can anybody help?
