I have to admit that I thought joining a PLR membership would be pouring the money down the drain but I am big believer in testing so I thought what the heck for at least a few months anyway. And since I am lazy and this is just a test of PLR and some other SEO concepts - many of which are discussed on dp, I didn't even re-write the articles. So after 60 days, the site is finally making some money - not a whole lot - but a few bucks now for the past few days. And the traffic in google has been consistent. Here is a screen shot of the traffic over the past 30 days + adsense revenue. The below stats are not cumulative but daily figures. I'll be tracking this test at my site at this plr article thread for the next few months and expanding it to another site to see if it can be replicated. So while it is still early, I am hopeful that this will continue and I hope this may help others thinking of using plr articles for their content sites.
You really should not be posting your specific stats - it's against the google TOS. Looks to me you have a nicely paying niche on your hands though.
To get $11 on 100 uniques is very good, but the more important things is, is it going to stay at that level?
You are allowed to post stats about adsense as long as you don't show clicks or ctr along with page view and revenue. Yah the niche is working out for now. This is why I am going to test it out and see if I can replicate it on another domain. I don't think it will stay at this level but hopefully the traffic will continue to increase which will probably offset decreases in the cpm.
Hey just an update that I am making over $200 a month now and I have been neglecting the site for over a year now! I guess it is time to start updating it once more with some more articles! You can find the latest stats here: http://www.branica.com/forums/affiliate-revenue/215-plr-articles-they-worth-2.html#post909 My advice is to keep building and promoting till you find niches that stick.
