and they'll do anything to watch the most controversial video this year.

Your page gives the impression the visitor might see a sex tape if they complete a survey (there is a bangbros reference as well), and that is against the CPAlead terms. Its not against their terms to show a screenshot, as people do it all the time here when selling a Cpalead site.

A potential buyer needs to see proof of revenue before bidding on a site. Its just common sense.
