    -update-

I was able to get in touch with Jeremy who's finally reviewed my case and reinstated my account with all the revenue still there.

I saw this coming from day one, there's only so big that type of company can get before they no longer fly under the radar any more and all the legal threats really start to flood in.

Bummer, maybe you should go with your own content locking option (blackhatcodebreaker or the like) and use email submits that actually convert better than cpalead..

If they're getting sued for having affiliations to copyrighted content then what better way to make the affiliates pay I mean they've already blaimed them for it so make them pay too.

I mean from what was selling in the market place they knew very well what people where doing trust me Facebook will come after anybody who spams the site. It dosn't come cheap either "A California judge awarded Facebook $711 million in damages against spammer Sanford Wallace for bombarding the web site with junk messages.".

"But when my flash button takes a minute to open, the call me fraud. "
I think i saw like a rule that after user completes a survey, he must immediately be taken to the content , no other website to open or waiting, I'm not sure if it was for premium surveys or for all, but i know saw this somewhere, so that might have been a reason..anyway I'm sorry to hear that, i also purchased traffic, but didn't pay for it, since a friend did it for me, but they still didn't ban me, just froze me.

It's ok because they just blaim the affiliates untill they HAVE TO TAKE ACTION (MASS ACTION). It's a blaim game, and it's one where you lose.

    Hello,

I would just like to let everybody in here know that we are in the process of helping the topic creator. I feel horrible it has taken us this long to resolve the issue, we have had a small lag in Customer Service while addressing our giant Auditing project. Customer Service is now back up to 100%, we are reaching out to everybody who was left behind for whatever reason.

If anybody else has a dispute they can contact me through PM.

    Best Regards,

    Jeremy Hayden
    Senior Affiliate Manager

I just hope for everyone effected badly that something good can come out of this, I'm glad that 3wise has sorted this out FINALLY, it should never of taken this long! Some people are broken and may of lost everything and it's just the fact you're totally insensitive to it and really don't even give a shit? Do you even care about your own company that's the real question, or is this one big game at the end of the day that you can just walk away from?
