Domain expired. And I just renewed it few days back.

I really thought of getting rid of this site initially, due to limited time online.

Well I'll be honest, I do NOT want to pass up on an offer like this, but I have way too much going on right now I don't have the time to manage another site. This is a great deal though, I'm sure you'll have a buyer.

Out of the 2859 keywords, these provide the highest traffic. It is better then a few high ranking keywords, because you don't place all your "eggs in a basket". All the traffic are diversified by the 2859 keywords. You'll still gain traffic, even if one or two keywords are out of google on day.

Check the attached analytics at the top of this thread. 60% from search engines, and the above screen are the keywords. Revenue for adsense is constantly above $300+ for the past 4 months. You can request for screenshot/video proof if you are bidding on the site.

As I've limited time online, I am only focusing my time on interested parties. I'm sorry.
