I need to confirm that you're paying one seventh of a cent per word for articles. That's what my calculations figured from your post. Yes? If so, no amount of "Paypal ticking" is going to make this a decent rate for what you're asking.
I think he's reselling these articles for $1 per 100 words to Wickedfire, claiming that he's a native English writer, when he's in fact a non-native English broker. Nothing wrong with a bit of broking, but I think there are going to be some sore clients.
