    This website is not suppose to be sold to rookies as I think the price is discouraging.
    Therefore, I am sure that you, as experts, can find the value of it without me searching through the reports.

    If you do a quick search on adwords and then another quick search on google I am sure that all your questions will be answered.

    I am not desperate to sell, just need to concentrate my resources on fewer projects.

    To keep it at this level I only work 10 hours / week.

    About the payment: please do a market research and see if this niche (huge!) is profitable or not. I intend to sell it to someone serious who wants to take the site to the next level.

    Like I said before I dont think that this deal is for a new-comer in the online market. For someone not knowing the potential a better way would be a new site and start from scratch. It is much cheaper this way.
