i filed a case but Godaddy is useless as usual and suggesting following:

Any further dispute over the registration of the domain names will need
to be sent either to the registrant, through an ICANN-approved
arbitration provider (http://www.icann.org/dndr/udrp/approved-providers.htm) or the court
system. Please be assured that if we receive notice of a pending legal
dispute we will lock the names so that it cannot be transferred or
otherwise modified. Likewise, when we receive a decision we will update
the names accordingly. If you file a dispute concerning the domain
names, please forward a copy of the legal documentation to
    .

I dont understand how come any one can transfer back the domain once it in my domain panel and locked.

People be careful about Godaddy as they have no answer for this transfer at all.

    Godaddy Stupidity:

    Thank you for your message.

A domain name hijacker may acquire someone's username and password via phishing scam, key-logging, etc. When this occurs, the hijacker may then log into the account, and move a domain name(s) to another account.

The previous registrant of the domain names contended that the recent change of registration was initiated by an unauthorized party. We investigated and reversed the change of registration.

You may wish to use a secure transfer service if you intend to transfer funds to unknown parties in the future.

They are blaming me that you have to check the parties in future to transfer the funds but they are not interested in checking what kind of mistake the domain owner has did and how can their domain transferred away, what is the proof that he was true and i am lying. They just want to get rid this case with out any investigation

    Great people in the world.

    Please beware of cheaters.

    Godaddy Reply:

Thank you for your email. We were contacted by the previous registrant
after the domain names were moved stating that the change was
unauthorized. After investigating, the registration has been reverted to
the former registrant. Please be advised that GoDaddy.com will not
become involved in disputes between third parties. Indeed, Go Daddy does
not have the authority to resolve disputes between third parties.
Therefore, any further dispute over the registration of the domain names
will need to be resolved with the person with whom you dealt, or through
    the court system.

Please note that you will need to contact Paypal for any further
    assistance with their services.

In the future, you may wish to use a secure method of buying domain
names such as Go Daddy Auctions.

    Hey guys,

I'm the real owner of the offered/sold domains. It's indeed been hijacked via phishing email and was transferred to the buyer (Jwsatman) last week.
After a painful while, I managed to get the ownership back by disputing the transfer on GoDaddy, any real owner will be able to do that. I feel bad for the guy loosing the money but sometimes that's the penalty you pay for being careless. I'm sure that next time he'll be more careful.

Buyers - please, check carefully before buying a domain. Check the whois, contact information, website.
Ask to contact the owners via a whois registered email account or via a contact form on the website (someone did contact me about this a few days back asking if my domain is for sale, that's how I found this thread).
Use an escrow service, not PayPal for payments.
And yes, do suspect something when someone is trying to sell you a domain (with a website) worth hundreds of thousands for $2K!

Hope I helped to prevent the next fraud, happy buying.
    Neran.
