Yes this can be done, i actually spoke with the VBSEO developers regarding this matter and was informed it is better for SEO purposes, however i am going to use the Custom Re-Write Rules in the VBSEO CP to redirect this to KinectForums.NET.. I will get this sorted out tonight.

Again i am sorry i don't have a solid BIN or Reserve price in mind, i was just hoping for a few offers and weigh them up, ideally i would like to sell ASAP, due to the massive / growing interest in this niche it's hard to come up with a solid BIN price.. the site will start making good revenue once the site reaches a top ranking, 800,000+ searches per month for "Project Natal" as people become aware that it is now called "Xbox Kinect" the numbers should be around the same, also closer to the release date and after the release the traffic should be upwards of 10k uniques daily which from experience in the past with sites with traffic like that earnings are usually around $50- per day.

Anyways i am open to offers.

vBulletin 4 publishing suite license $300-, VBSEO License $150-, Style released for free (1 week of designing) very popular style on VB.org... this means many many more front page backlinks, "Project Natal" was getting 800,000 monthly searches... now named "Xbox Kinect" the numbers will be around the same.. and will only get stronger towards the release date and for a long time after.. the site it's self is already getting signs up's and people posting.. this really has a lot of potential.

Anyways i am looking to sell ASAP to help fund some advertising for my business, but if a decent offer does not come through shortly i will hold onto the site, im not being rude or smart, but people PM'ing me saying i'll give you $80 if the posts are real and the vb4 license is legit... getting a little bit annoying now.

I said i will weigh up any reasonable offers... it's quite that the VB4 and VBSEO licenses are worth more than $80 offers... yess i would like to sell ASAP so i can run some adword campaigns for my business.. I don't have a solid BIN in mind, that's why i said i am open to offers, im not looking to 10k+ or anything close to, but it's quite clear that i have outlayed $500+ already and invested a lot of my time and for people to make sub $100- offers and demand that i hand over my vbulletin account and not just the license, then yes i do get annoyed. No body seems to appreciate hard work anymore.

If i make an offer for a website that doesn't have a BIN price.. i assess the site and concerning factors and make a reasonable offer if i want to acquire the site, i don't make offers that i know are a joke. Anyways apologies for not having a BIN.. it's hard to evaluate as the sheer amount of interest in this niche is crazy, ive spent more time today building quality backlinks once all backlinks are indexed and the site starts receiving more traffic then i will put a solid price tag on this.

As no respectable offers have come from here, ive listed this on Flippa and also other webmaster forums, I will keep all threads updated.

I offered you $350 because the site is brand new and has minimal posts, etc. Maybe if you replied to me and we negotiated on a price, you would of had a buyer, I have no problem paying the 'right' price for a website, but you didn't give me anything to go on so I threw a number out there. Stunt ???... yes i paid $30 for the Domain name ONLY... the previous owner was using Free Forum Software on the site... i told the seller i was only interested in the Domain Name and that i did not want the site files... I then installed my vBulletin 4 License and VBSEO License on the domain (which i had purchased 2 months ago, costing a total of $450-)....... you can confirm with the previous domain owner !!!!

Ive spent a solid week working on this site, design, promotion, Quality backlinks.. directories, articles, link wheels etc... "A site changes from $30 to $XXXX overnight?" well i don't know about you but i don't do a weeks for free....... and who said i was asking $x,xxx ?????? i simply said stop making offers below the cost of the licenses being used !!! you can't get anyone to create a custom vBulletin 4 style for less than $300-
