Short list of Feature Requests

Hello all,

We have a few things we would like to see added:

1.Multiple Credit Cards on file. Some clients will use different cards from time to time. We would like to be able to keep say three of them on file and have them tied to their own billing addresses

2. Under Broadband we would like to have a listing of DSL phone numbers that a larger client has and have them tied to a certain address

3. Deployed CPE Listing: We would like to keep a record of equipment we have sitting at a clients location. Say for a DSL client, a listing of the modem, switch, router etc that we have installed at that location. this would really help tech support

4. We would like the ability to make a client a contact and remove him from the client listings. Just like the make client button does on the contact manager. Only opposite. This is for the client that decides not to sign after we have his data entered. That way we can keep him on file and convert to client when he finally calls back to sign up.

5. BUG....When printing a Virtual Check, you have to re-search for a found set after printing is completed. You can not print a VC and then continue to scroll thru as the system loses that found set.

Hmmm I am glad to see that Shawn and Company is keeping up with responses. Two month response times? Is that what they call SUPPORT?????
