    Ok, basically at the time I was really stressed out and needed a new ebay account setup, so I was looking around and I came across this site, anyway I added the guys email and he responded instantly to all of my questions, but ofcourse once a payment was made he just ignored me competely, so i thought I would warn people on digital point and also I have noticed that there are 2 members on here who say ' I own this site....(hxxp://vccandbank.com) and mensioning about to services, so I would recommended that these members are banned, and the best part is paypal will not allow me to open a dispute because its not an item or service, so I have lost my money, only $50 but still.

    Anyway I couldnt find anyone reporting these guys as scammers so think DP is a good place to start.

    Hi Guys VCCANDBANK.com this is NOT SCAM at all i just made mistake.... he has real VCC's and Virtual Bank accounts and he is good guy
