I don't mean to rain on your parade, but I assure you phone calls and "stupid emails" are essential to weeding out the fraud that for sure will be coming through your network, especially in the beginning. Certainly be careful, and make sure your affiliates are not running fraudulent campaigns, as it will tarnish your relationships with your advertisers. Best of luck!

I am negotiating with some advertisers I focus only on adult offers-they start at 15-20 $ per free signup with cc required

 

@on2track2 when advertisers pay me I pay on the affiliates-it is not much complicated I think?

 

Sorry, sounds a bit fishy to me, CPA's usually have atleast some Seed money, a CPA is difficult to start from scratch with no proper programmers/support staff etc.
were there any actual payouts yet?.
