Established parenting website with excellent domain name FOR SALE. Active Forums, etc

I have come to a point where I no longer have the time to put into running my website www{dot}twotinyfeet(dot)ca. I have created this site from scratch and have put a lot of work into it. However taking care of a 9 month old child definately takes up a lot of my time and I dont have the time to put into it anymore. This is very active website, that has 419 forum members. The website comes with all Image Galleries, and Blogs.

The forums, image galleries and blogs are all run under the Community Server public license. It is all set up, and no maintenance is required to run. Hosting is with easycgi.com but could be easily changed. If you are wanting to send out a newsletter, or ads in emails etc you can do so with a click of a button from within the built in Control Panel via the website. It goes out to automatically all members, very easy to use.

The main index pages are content rich, with informative articles, etc for mothers and mothers to be. There is also a signature blinkie part of the website which gets a lot of traffic from the search engines.

This site has a lot of potential and tons of ways to make great money with it. However as I stated before I just dont have the time to put forth developing these things. Excellent domain name, I also have exclusive rights to www{dot}twotinyfeet{dot}net if you are interested.

Returning Visitors: 3,071
Visit lengths: 40% stay on site more than one hour.
Profits per/month: (based on selling advertising) $200.00/ month
Advertiser decides whether they would like to advertise each month. After sale I will provide an update to advertiser that site has been sold, and then you can take over from there on in.
Website can also be set up to display adsense ads.

Forum Members: 419 members w/ complete email list
Mailing List: Complete with corresponding emails
Over 500 Image Galleries that members upload photos onto daily.
Blogs are quite active aswell.

Just wanted to quickly add that this site has the ability to make a lot more than just $200.00 month. With correctly placed adsense, etc you could be making tons more.

Could you show some referrer statistics? I see the site has no PR ... is traffic from search engines?

How many advertisers do you have and how much do they pay each? Any long term commitment to continuing the advertising?

Most of the traffic is coming from Google and Msn. We are as well listed on Yahoo.

Most of the hits are from Google. We are also listed on a few top sites where our members vote everyday. We get quite a bit of traffic from those as well.

As of now there is only one advertiser: Mother{}Blogs{dot}net
They pay the $200.00 monthly via Paypal for their ads to remain on site. There is no long term contract, but Im sure they would not be obliged to advertising with us for a long term period. They have so far advertised for the last 3 months. Other revenue could also definately be made by using affiliate sites such as amazon or CJ to sell childrens products, etc. Also with Adsense this site could make big money..


BTW, website is set up to display ads using PHPadsnew. Already set up and ready to go.

 

Very nice site im starting up my own "parenting/baby" site as well, my little one keeps me busy, but it's an interesting and very searched about topic!

I would say most of the women reached with this site are new mothers and the latter mothers with older children and babies as well.
Alot of them are Stay at Home Moms, and a lot of them are first time moms. I would say that only 40% of them are expecting parents.
