Selling 5 Year old site with PR3 - needs a little TLC - Fantastic deal

Long story short; my day job has slowly dragged me away from my webmaster activities over the last couple of years and all of my websites have been dying a slow dead.

This makes me feel terrible but I have started selling my websites in hopes that someone else will be able to revive them and make some decent income (like I enjoyed doing only a few short years ago).

At the moment this website earns $5/month from a text link ad. Assume no adsense income or income from other sources... I don't keep track of the stats anymore so I wouldn't feel right advertising income I can't *prove* to you.

Traffic stats are from AWstats so I'm not sure how accurate they are, but there is a small, regular amount of traffic.

THERE ARE TONS OF BACKLINKS and because of this, this website has been PR3/4 for a steady 5 years! This is likely to continue as none of the links are paid for, or come from my other websites, they are real backlinks.

PS: Do yourself a favor and buy this website for BIN, it's faster and you'll probably be able to make your money back quickly just selling links... it's got PR!
