Looking for someone with an active interest in U.S. politics, especially Federal politics, to write on current issues. i.e. you would have no difficulty in writing 10 stories right now on current events concerning H.R.4213 and the UE component of it. The style of writing will be a mixture of news and opinion. The position requires 1-3 articles/day of 350 -600 words in length. Often you will be writing 3 articles on the same subject, so you must be creative. You will be given a keyword or key phrase to "weave" into stories I am not looking for the cheapest writer (within reason), I'm looking for someone who is passionate about U.S. politics and can write creative, well researched stories that will resonate with my audience. 85% of my visitors are from the US. I require that you can start ASAP. The schedule would mean you would have to have at least one article ready for publication by 07:00 EST each day. As you will be writing on current events, you will generally only have a lead time of 6 hrs at the most, but often less. So turn around time on average will need to be 6-4 hours.
