Oh, i have been using the costly local internet becoz of this ip issue. If its really not a problem then i would jump for other cheap broadband providers.

My IP has changed a few times in last 3-4 years and now I have a connection with a "dynamic IP".

I have never had any problems with Paypal or any other internet service.

I am sure Paypal doesn't bother about IP changes as long as the country of the user doesn't change.

Change in log-in IPs are frequent for many users and Paypal understands the same as well. Paypal would become suspicious only if it notices the changes too frequently and within a very short time span.

this will only be a issue if you login to an account from new ip and send funds to some account which has been accessed by same ip

Well, you can trust them... They limit it for your own safety only!

Like if someone hacks and access it from another IP then they limit it. But that not happens always.
Even if it happens you can easily get it resolved. :)
