Selling Existing website with income, PR2, original eBook/multimedia product in online niche

Looking to sell my completely original eBookEducation.net website, domain and original eBook/video series. This is a unique offer for the right person.

The domain is PR2, and the site has made 1-2 sales a month over the course of the last year with very little promotion. I just don't have time to give it the love it deserves. With a little bit of work in the right places, it could be a real earner, but my time is better spent in other places.
