    its hard to believe that a site with 24,796,946 alexa rank, no PR, 32 BL and no history at all can make any money at all, there is no traffic coming its way. so i am very skeptical aout this 300$ a month revenue, i'd like to see some proof of revenue and traffic.

    if its true i myself want such a catch

    The site is using the script from warez, i used to have that script long time ago. it cannot get so much revenue if you don`t advertise well. I doubt that seller has such amount of income monthly.

    I would just NOT sell it and make another $300 this month. ($400 one time or $300 every month???? hmmm).

    Proof of income would be appreciated. And advertising expenses if applicable.
