    He is a scammer. I told him before sending payment whether he is ready to transfer site withing 30 min. after receiving payment and he agreed to it. And he asked me to pay $105 to cover his paypal fees. I agreed and paid him $105 after receiving payment he ran away with my money.

    DONT TRUST HIM I have opened paypal Dispute.

    He pushed me his domain today and he gave reason that he was out on emergency this made him delay. Now I am waiting for admin login details. He told he will provide me within 12 hrs. I think i was wrong this man is not a scammer. I will update you soon.

    Bull Shit!!!!!! Who guide you to do business like this ? Never go without security and always involve some authenticated company with good repute when you are dealing with money.

    Any ways sad this happens in life and your mistake is going to teach a lot of worthy things.
