    I'm selling my first niche site to get money to pay for hosting and more domains.

    I'm not sure if this is the right sub-forum, or if I need to include more information so let me know if I'm wrong.

    - Specific Celebrity Niche
    - Under 1 month old
    - 18 Articles ranging from 200 words to 1,000 words. Average is probably about 450 - 500 words.
    - Averages about 10-15 uniques a day, peaked at 105 on day 1
    - Main keyword exact match keyword tool says 40.5K monthly search volume
    - Can include twitter account if you'd like
