More than 25-character title in google

Hi

I came a cross some ppc adds have more than 25 character in title. Ex please check here

Call london office, they don't have any answer for that

 

I don't think I've ever seen any but I've heard of this before. The only answer I can come up with is that they used DKI and for some reason, a glitch in the system doesn't apply the 25-character limit rule.

Another possible answer is that Google is testing longer titles. If so, they've been doing it sporadically for a year or more and haven't told anyone. Maybe testing only in certain countries or certain niches.

 

More than 25-character title in google??? I don't understand what's the meaning! Do you mean that you have 25-character as the title of the your website?

Yeah, this is most probably cause of some kind of DKI... interesting.

 

Seems like they were experimenting with this as far back as Feb last year

surprised they've still got it in experimental phase and haven't decided to either roll it out, or not to do it.

Tis is quite possible as i came across lot many ads which i promoted which has more than 25 keywords in the titile with the use of DKI ads only for those keywords whose Quality score and the CTR value is high.

 

Yes, it's possible they will apply this only if you get a certain QS. For sure you need a certain QS (I used to think 8 or more but seems to be 7 or more) to appear above the SERPs. Could be the same for longer-than-25-titles.
