Selling new mp3 website with high traffic

Hi all,

I'm owner of alfamp3.com, and the creator of its script. Since publish this site, the visitor is up and up every day, but since I dont have enough money for buy the high server, I got some problems like download speed and bandwith. For now I'm using VPS with RAM 512 and BW 750 GB ( today, June 14, the site has consume bandwith for 85% . I'm sure, if this site is at right person, it can be a great website.

So, now and here, I choose to sell this website, including all scripts ( i made the script, and there is no encrypted script ).

I put the ads / adsense just 3 days ago, the revenue still low, and i'm not good in optimizing the adsense ( display, position, configuration, etc ), since i just a coder
About legal issue, my friend who have same kind website ( have a high traffic and high revenue about $120-$150 per day from the ads ) tell me that it is legal, because the mp3 files is not stored at our system, its just a mp3 search engine, like google that we can set to search something file type. But actually, i dont understand about the law system of it.

Actually, I plan to sell domain with the script, full script, just for one time, to make sure the buyer will have unique script and unique website content ( guaranted unique script ). That mean, I prefer to sell this script one time to make the buyer feel comport, and do not worry there will be duplicate content at other site.
