Selling Selling PR 1 Site | Adsense | Clickbank | Amazon | Made Almost $200 last 2 months

This site makes money!!! And has 1 more year left on registration.

I need cash quick and that is the only reason I am selling it. It is currently a pr 1 but should reach pr 2 or 3 by this next update. It makes most of it's money from promoting clickbank products using in text links.

You get the domain name, all the articles and the theme that is used for the site.

The site made a little over $175 in the last 2 months from clickbank and $12.12 from adsense. I would show the adsense earnings but I don't know what I can show by the google TOS. I can send it to you personally though if need be. I have done lots of work in the past 2 weeks to try to get it making more money, but I just don't have the time to work on it right now and I need the money fast in order to pay for an emergency.

I should be asking around $1100 for the site if I go by the 1 year sales rule, but like I said I need the money now.

you could post adsense revenue by blackout the ctr and ecpm info. please add channel to this site only, so we could know that revenue only come from this site

 

Here is a screenshot of the adsense. it isn't much, but I really suck with my adsense placement.

 

I forgot to add that it is on the 2nd page of google for the phrase interesting articles which gets 9,900 global searches per month and that is with barely any backlinking. so if you do like 50 backlinks you should be in the middle of the 1st page.
